Interactive Mapping Tool Provides Media Planners With the Latest OOH Data

Toronto – July 12, 2011


The Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada has released an update to its dynamic web mapping system that provides users with the ability to create printable, customized OOH market coverage maps.

The mapping tool has been updated with the current inventory of all OMAC member company products and networks and reflects the COMB April 2011 Market Data Report.  Maps can be produced for Astral Out-of-Home, CBS Outdoor, Lamar Transit, Metromedia Plus, Newad, Pattison Outdoor, Titan 360 and Zoom Media.

Dynamic maps are currently available for Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal markets and can be accessed by clicking here.

“We’ve found the mapping tool is easy to use and a time saver during initial planning stages.  It allows our people to select the operators and the OOH formats they wish, to customize by desired region, display them all on the same map and to print or save it as a PDF,”  said Sheri Metcalfe, Vice President and Co-Managing Director, Jungle Media.
