OPEN3 is a new book celebrating OOH creativity and features some of the best creative work from around the world. The OPEN series was started by the Outdoor Media Association of Australia (OMA). OPEN3 is a collaboration between the OMA, Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC), Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), Outsmart UK and the Federation European Publicité Exterieur (FEPE).
